Attacks within the coverage range
- The insect-related problems that may arise in the intervention areas and are caused by insects covered by the cooperation contract are dealt with within 24 hours.
- An on-site inspection is carried out by qualified personnel and the immediate local implementation of corrective actions free of charge is initiated.
Attacks outside the coverage range
- Any other insect-related problems that may arise (caused by pests such as bugs, fleas, etc.) are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, upon notification of the manager of the customer’s business and following a visit by the scientific officer of DOMO CARE, an identification of the health risk and a the elaboration of a study and a financial offer.
- The technical study indicates the proposed methodology, the type of appropriate preparations, possible risks arising from the use thereof, and the necessary protective measures that must be taken by the customer’s company staff.
Application security
In all applications by DOMO CARE’s specialized crews, environmentally-friendly, odorless preparations and the necessary protective equipment are used, and all the related MSDS (material safety data sheets) guidelines and the HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) requirements are complied with.
Prior to each scheduled application, there is pre-consultation between the competent department of the customer and DOMO CARE’s scheduling department, as regards the appropriate execution time and the necessary measures to be taken for the protection of the employees.
